I would like to take a moment to thank you for helping bring the Eagle Picher / Wolverine Advanced Materials transaction to fruition. Enter Ford Land. From our first building tour with you, Karen, to space planning sessions with the entire Ford Team, the experience could not have been more professional. Which brings me to the financial end of the project. Rob, I know at times you must have felt like we would never get this project over the finish line.
