Challenge

Plan and develop a suite containing office, meeting and workspace that will provide an exquisite environment for the management of client relationships with sensitivity to the need for privacy and confidentiality. Furthermore, provide a facility solution that is completely integrated with high end furnishings and state of the art systems and equipment.

Solution

The client had developed a detailed set of plans and specifications for a suite within a competitor's facility. However, the competitor's proposed cost and time for the build-out were not acceptable to the client.
